2. Quotes & Pricing
* All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
* Prices may change if additional work, materials, or variations are requested after the quote has been accepted.
* Any unforeseen issues discovered during the project may result in additional charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.
3. Deposits & Payments
* A deposit may be required before work commences.
* Progress payments may apply for larger projects.
* Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
* Provide clear access to the work area.
* Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available if required.
* Remove personal belongings and valuables from the work area before commencement.
5. Variations
Any changes requested after work has started must be confirmed in writing and may affect project timelines and pricing.
6. Project Timeframes
Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only. Delays caused by weather, material supply, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may affect completion dates.
7. Materials
IBS for Tiling Pty Ltd will take reasonable care when handling supplied materials. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, shade variations, or discontinued products.
8. Warranty
We aim to provide quality workmanship in accordance with Australian standards. Warranty does not cover:
* Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance.
* Normal wear and tear.
* Issues arising from structural movement or pre-existing conditions.
9. Cancellations
* Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
* Either party may terminate the agreement if obligations are not met.
10. Liability
IBS for Tiling Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
